Digital Product Policy
Thank you for shopping with Life Prep Curriculum! All of our products are digital downloads (PDF files) delivered electronically immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. Digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as you retain a copy after download.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly provide a full refund in the following situations:
Technical issues: You are unable to download or access your purchased files due to a technical error on our end
Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
Incorrect product delivered: You received a different product than what you ordered
Corrupted files: The downloaded files are corrupted or unusable
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date with:
Your order number or purchase confirmation email
The email address used for the purchase
A brief description of the issue you experienced
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Product Satisfaction
While we cannot offer refunds simply because a product didn't meet your expectations, your feedback matters to us. If you're unhappy with a purchase, please reach out—we may be able to offer store credit, suggest a more suitable product, or use your feedback to improve our resources.

Free downloads are provided as-is with no refund applicable, as no payment was made.
