I'm a one-person operation running this business alongside full-time work and full-time caregiving.
That means I don't have a team. I don't have automated replies. And I don't have a customer service script.
What I do have: actual answers, genuine support, and a brain that gets what you're dealing with.
So if I take a day to respond — I promise it's not because I don't care. It's because I'm probably elbow-deep in curriculum design, data spreadsheets, or convincing a 4-year-old that pants are non-negotiable.
